About your tour guide:
Jennifer Arnoldi joined Mills + Schnoering as a Project Manager in 2020. She works on the rehabilitation of existing buildings, both historic and contemporary. Ms. Arnoldi is an experienced architect and designer with expertise in building diagnostics including nondestructive evaluation and building data analysis; restoration planning and documentation; and historic documentation including preparation of National Historic Register of Historic Places Nominations for individual resources andhistoric districts, as well as managing documentation and approvals for Federal Tax Credit projects.
Ms. Arnoldi has overseen design and construction administration for projects with the General Services Administration and the National Park Service. She managed the tenant fit-out of the Philadelphia Passport Office which relocated to the Nix Federal Building and Courthouse (formerly the post office) in2022. The renovation was awarded a 2023 Grand Jury Award from the Preservation Alliance for Greater Philadelphia. Recent and ongoing work includes restoration and stabilization projects at Ellis Island,Valley Forge National Historic Park, and Clara Barton National Historic Site, as well as the USGA GolfMuseum, the Stoutsburg Sourland African American Museum (SSAAM), and the Somerset County, NJ historic courthouse.
