Age Limit: Visitors must be at least 10 years old to participate.

The tour meets at the information desk located on the ground floor of the Ellis Island Museum adjacent to the National Park Service information desk. When you get to the meeting location, please check in with your e-ticket.

Accessibility: This tour takes place inside an unrestored historic building and involves approximately 90 minutes of walking and standing over a 1.5-mile route. The route includes stairs and is not currently accessible to wheelchairs or mobility devices. We encourage visitors with questions about the tour route or physical requirements to contact us before booking.
